- Basic technical data: our website host may record standard server information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule a Books Diagnostic, and prepare a quote.
- To communicate with you if you become a client.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- Proton Mail provides our email.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
These providers handle data under their own privacy terms and only to provide their services.
Financial records
Please do not send financial documents, account numbers, or passwords through this website or by regular email. Client financial information is exchanged only through a secure method we provide and is handled under a signed engagement letter.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete inquiry information within 12 months. Client records are kept as described in the engagement letter.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us by emailing hello@obyaccountingsolutions.com. We respond within 30 days.
Do Not Track
Because we don't track visitors across websites, we don't change our practices in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
